The service is accessible to any user with Internet access. The publisher strives to ensure 24/7 access but cannot be held liable for interruptions due to maintenance or technical failures. The service may be modified or discontinued at any time, without notice.

3. Payment and Pricing

Services are billed according to the current rates indicated on the website. Payments are processed via the secure platform Stripe.

4. No Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer accesses digital content immediately upon order validation. By using the service, the Customer requests immediate execution and expressly waives their right of withdrawal. No refunds will be issued once the service has been accessed.

5. Responsibilities and AI Disclaimer

The user agrees to use the site in accordance with applicable laws. AI Disclaimer: Our tools are based on Artificial Intelligence. The publisher cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages, errors, or "hallucinations" generated by the AI models. The user is solely responsible for verifying and using the chatbots created.

All content (texts, images, logos, etc.) on the site is the exclusive property of the Publisher, unless otherwise stated. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or adaptation, by any means or process, is prohibited without prior written permission.
